We had Chonak Fish thali & prawn thali. Prawns, Chonak, clam, solkadhi, prawn curry have been very good. Waiting was high, but beyond that the experience was great

must try items: Crab masala fry, chonak rava fry, fish thali. Rates are reasonable and has long wait times in weekends. Try to reach by 12 to 12.30pm for lunch.

The lunch at Ritz Classic, Panaji, was excellent, and the food was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the dining experience. As soon as we finished our meal, the waiter bluntly asked us to vacate the table, stating that they had to earn. Such behaviour is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of hospitality and professionalism. While the manager apologised for the incident, the damage to the overall experience had already been done. A restaurant may serve excellent food, but treating customers with courtesy and respect is equally important. Sadly, the poor service left a bad taste despite the quality of the food.

great Food .. simply Amazing.. Ritz classic never disappoints.. lovely service by the person attending to us.. but the rates are exorbitant.. not really worth.. 400 for rechado bangda is a robbery.. there has to be some logic and reasoning behind the prices.. Ritz is heading to be just another overpriced place unless there is a 30% reduction on prices making it a super star restaurant

We ordered the fish thali and a start of chicken chilly fry The chilly fry, hardly had 4 pieces and it was only onions and capsicum The fish thali was bland and tasteless except for the Sol Kaso.

They said they don’t take online booking. We had to wait 30 minutes even after booking. Place is overcrowded & staff cannot handle it.

Ratan n Bhaskar(manager) were very unprofessional and rude in their service. The managers here are ignorant and don't listen. Overhyped place not at all worth it. Very small portion sizes. Don't cater to any request
