>🍽️ Food - 4 | >🤵Service - 4 | > 💡🎶 Ambience - 5 | TL; DR Version - Head to Saraya Art Cafe if you're looking for some delicious vegetarian and/or vegan food in a setting that is not only beautiful and peaceful but is also environmentally conscious. >🍽️ Food - We had the Pesto pizza, Stuffed Breaded Mushrooms and two sandwiches Summertime and Treasure. 🍕 The pizza was lip smacking with a generous topping of rocket leaves, pesto and cherry tomatoes. Roasted garlic and Feta add another level of flavour and texture to the pizza. The quality and freshness of the ingredients was obvious in the taste especially the pesto. MUST ORDER especially if you're a Pesto fan. 🥪Must must order their sandwiches. The sandwiches are made with Poi (local Goan bread) and served with a side of salad (beetroot slices topped with sprouts, olives etc.). We had the Buried Treasure sandwich which had a stuffing of Hummus and salad. Loved this so much that we ordered another sandwich. Summertime Sandwich is a mushroom lovers delight. It has crumbled shammi kebab and mushrooms and is well toasted so the Poi also tastes delicious. 🍄 The Stuffed Breaded Mushrooms were the only disappointment but that also because my benchmark was very high post the first few dishes. I couldn't really taste the flavor of cilantro, garlic and butter in these and hence wouldn't probably order if I do visit again. Overall, >🤵Service - The staff is cheerful and friendly. The food takes some time to come although that's because they make everything fresh and hence the prep time. Also, you're in Goa so kickback and relax..good things come to those who wait! :) > 💡🎶 Ambience - Lanterns made with old sarees/clothes, lots walls adorned with glass bottoms, LED lights and wooden benches. All this and more make this a simple yet beautiful place that makes you want to chill here for time immemorial. This is actually also an ecostay hotel and an art gallery so when one goes in towards the washrooms/library, you can see the tastefully done interiors. There was a hammock right next to a small fountain pool which had a constant soothing music of water dripping. LAZY WEEKEND GOALS! Overall, this is another one of Goa's top food places and is now on my must visit list. Head to Saraya not only for the food but also the vibe and maybe also plan a stay at their eco resort someday.

If Freshness had a taste, it is what I tasted at Saraya today. Though I do agree with the other reviews, you will have to be patient for getting the food, but trust me it will be worth it. We took the time to explore the place, play with cat and her babies. Food: Lemonana (5/5) - A mint lemon juice but much more than it. Saraya Special Pizza (4.8/5) - Delicious! Watermelon Feta Salad (4.5/5 - Being a non-salad lover, I liked the salad) Nirvana Nextar (5/5) - How can one make a mix veg juice so yummm!! Ambience: Calm, soothing and woody.

This café is a premier destination for pure vegetarian cuisine, featuring a vibrant atmosphere with charming old-world seating and creative decor. The food is excellent and affordably priced, making it a must-visit. Be sure to try the wood-fired pizza—it’s a standout dish! The hospitality is warm and inviting, adding to the overall experience.

review of 2024 based on previous visit, this was on my goto list and I wanted others also to enjoy the same. but overall food experience dint match what it was earlier. toppings on pizza can be improved. the restaurant has a place for shopping of clothes and they are fab review during 2021 Though this restaurant is off located from beaches, it's worth visit. The paneer paratha were best paratha I had till date. Pizza's (any) is must try. The theme of restaurant is unusual but very amazing. If time permits, one must plan for a stay at this nature loving place. #ecofriendly #pureveg #servesjain

Me and my husband are vegan so it’s always a delight to find restaurants where vegan food is understood and doesn’t need a lot of explaining. Saraya has a great atmosphere and I loved their menu. We tried their Chill cheese toast with mushrooms (vegan), black sesame icecream, and coconut milk coffee. All the items were tasty. Would definitely go back!

Went there today and had tea and pizza. Tea was okay and loved the pizza. But being an asthmatic person what I did not like is that fact that they have a "No Smoking" board hanging right in front of everyone but the "owner's son" had chosen to smoke constantly right beside us. I could and should have told him then and there pointing out to the No Smoking board and by telling that I do have an issue because of which I avoid bars too. But I did not want any issue in a happy day hence decided to tell me management about it. But their response was cold which I didn't like. She said that it's a free zone where anyone can smoke and that the no smoking board is still there "by mistake". Like, seriously? Anyway! That was a major turn off for people having issues like me, so check for that before visiting But apart from that, the ambience is really nice, the food is fresh, the people were also welcoming before I pointed out their owner's son's mistake. So, may be I would go and visit their few more times to see if I can relate to this place to visit often or it was just a one time visit type of place for me
