⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect End to Our Goa Trip! On our last evening in Goa, we were considering a few renowned properties for dinner. While an attractive Zomato offer initially led us to Novotel, it was the outstanding food, serene ambience, and heartfelt hospitality that turned our final evening into a truly memorable experience. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, wonderfully laid out and well maintained property, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed family dinner. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The food was simply exceptional. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It's rare for every item on the table to impress equally, but Novotel managed to exceed our expectations in every way. What made the evening truly special, however, was the service. A wonderful team member named 'Soshan', from Manipur, single-handedly managed our orders and service throughout the dinner. Despite handling everything, she remained attentive, efficient, and consistently warm with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and hospitality were remarkable. My mother was so touched by her kindness and caring nature that she started blessing her like a daughter, affectionately calling her "beta" and showering her with heartfelt good wishes. It was such a beautiful moment that we even clicked a photograph together to remember the occasion. A great meal can make an evening enjoyable, but genuine hospitality creates memories that last forever. Thank you, Soshan, and the entire Novotel team, for making our last night in Goa so special. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, a peaceful ambience, and service that comes straight from the heart. Lastly, heartfelt thank you, Zomato, for the attractive offer that brought us here. What started as a dining choice turned into one of the most memorable evenings of our Goa trip. These are memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

the staff does what it takes to make the dining a memorable experience. They appear a little short on staff so the service is a little slow but the food and the staff behaviour totally makes up for it. A special shoutout to Jelna, Armaan, Bayalin for their wonderful service.

A truly exceptional meal. Incredibly succulent and well prepared meat, dumplings that melt in your mouth, flavourful hummus and an incredible basque cheesecake. The chefs are incredibly skilled and made the meal a genuine treat.

The didn’t have a lot of dishes that we wanted to order, but they made up by offering soups, appetisers and desserts free of cost from their menu. Everything was delicious! And service was amazing.

Being a 5-star property, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The food lacked flavour and felt very basic, both at the restaurant and buffet. Service was extremely slow and poorly managed, with very little warmth or hospitality from the staff. While the team did come around asking for feedback, there was no visible effort to improve the experience based on it. Expected a much higher standard overall.
