This place is absolutely amazing! We went for dinner one rainy night after hearing a lot about the quality of food and service. And we came away after having one of the best dinners in recent memory! The food was amazing! We ordered beef chilly and Goa sausage pulao. The servings were large and both dishes were delicious. The service was excellent and the ambience was very cozy. And a special thanks for the generous discount we got on account of the constant power outage! It was much appreciated and honestly not a fault of the restaurant at all! All of us are already planning our next visit now!

Segundo Bairro in Dona Paula, Goa, is a fantastic restaurant offering an authentic taste of Goan cuisine. We savored their outstanding Cafreal Chicken, which was simply the best we’ve had. The Kingfish Thali, Kingfish Masala Fry, and Recheado Eggplant were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Mussels Rava Fry, Goan Style Paneer Chilly, Mushroom Xacuti, and Paneer Cafreal were also delightful and packed with traditional flavors. The restaurant's authenticity and delicious food make it a must-visit for anyone seeking genuine Goan dishes.

We ended up at Segundo Bairro on a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad we listened. This place has that warm, old-school Goan charm. We tried the kingfish Rava Fry and Chicken Cafreal both were absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The vibe is chill, the staff is super friendly, and the cocktails were a nice surprise. Definitely a must-visit if you're around Dona Paula! A

Excellent fish thali. The preparation of prawn curry was one of the best I have come across in Panjim (literally had me licking my fingers). They offered extra curry as well. Pleasant ambience and friendly faces greeting and serving you makes for an outstanding experience. We will certainly be back for more!

this is the place you need to go to for the real goan experience. the host is just warm and welcoming. the place just exudes goan vibe and the food is absolutely delicious. the special urak cocktail was the best I've had. definitely going there everytime I'm in goa

excellent food. friendly front manager. pork Assad was absolutely delish, so are the rava fried mussels....both of which I ate again and again. ( 2 visits plus take away)
