One of best Thali we had ever in Margao, with the best cocktail by Mr. Chotu The Bartender and Amazing service delivered by Mr. Sagar. We we’re so excited to grab the thali after seeing the presentation of the Thali couldn’t take a picture. Well Thank you very much for amazing service out of 10/10 rating food quality. Great Team !! Thank you so much we will come back for sure !! ☺️☺️ *MUST RECOMMEND*

Food was really good, kingfish was fresh and prawns fry too was crunchy and tasty. It is also serves a satisfying meal. I was really happy with the food. It is must try dish.

The fish thali was excellent and was such a huge quantity however, we had to wait for 10 minutes for a table which was fine but after that for another 10 minutes no one to take our orders and it took about another 40 minutes for us to be served the food which came in like 1 thali first, 2 thali's followed and then 1 thali again and finally the last one arrived.. so the gap between 1st thali and the 5th thali was again almost 10 minutes which is a little too much..

Ordered sizzling chocolate brownie for dessert. The brownie was hard and turns out that they gave the brownie straight from the freezer hoping that cast iron pan would heat the brownie. I informed the server who acknowledged the issue and yet they had the audacity to charge me for the same. I informed them that I will only pay for the ice cream and not the brownie since my child ate the ice cream. The captain came to ask what the issue was I explained and then the customers on the other table also supported me. They then charged me for the ice cream. Any other place would have acknowledged their fault and not charge the customer. However it seems that customer service is not their forte. Aam ras was medicinal. Regular Fish thali was average.

Food is awesome. A lot needs to be improved on the service side, waiters behave as if they are doing some kind of favour to the customers.

The thali is average and not that filling. Butter garlic chonok was not good ( please don't waste your money). Cafreal was good.

Half of food (dinner) ordered was served 45 mins after order was taken by them. While taking order we were told that food will be served in 15 mins. We were extremely hungry after a long road journey from Bangalore. When asked why such enormous delay, we were aghast to hear from the supervisor that customer should wait patiently!!!!!! If this is the culture of a restaurant only hope that they get more patient customers. When we wanted to talk to the Manager - Vijay, we were misdirected to 3rd floor. He was no where to be found. Moreover we ordered Goan cuisine . Taste was no way near Goan. Without completing our dinner, disgusted, we wanted to pay and leave. We were surprised to see that items not served were included in the bill!!! They are such shameless. I earnestly request those who wish to try food from this restaurant to go to any other restaurant and you will get much better service and food. Going to Sharda Classic will be a classic mistake and waste of money and time.

The floor manager on 2nd floor is untrained to serve the guests. He is very rude and misbehaving. Wrong items were served and food came very late. On repeat request to serve the dishes ordered the floor manager started to misbehave and shout. He was almost fighting on top of his voice.

The service is not good at all. The table was bad we requested to help but they started ignoring. after waiting for long time they gave cushion. food took very long time where as others were served. i dont recommend this restaurant. need to improve on customer service

Awful, stale food. Heartbreaking to see it fall so. Smelly kingfish, dry chicken, terrible veg dishes. Not one redeeming dish.
