We had been here for our stay recently while we visited Goa. We spent 2 nights in this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. The entire experience staying at this property was very beautiful. Especially because of the staff present here at the Hotel & Restaurant. I especially recall the services provided by Ms. Naro at the restaurant. We mostly had breakfasts here since we were staying in the same property. They have a very beautiful seating arrangement just besides the pool overlooking the lush green farms around the hotel. The food served here has an authentic goan touch & they also serve oriental dishes here. We preferrably chose to try the goan food since we wanted to make the most of our trip to Goa. We tried the following dishes there & the ratings are as follows: 1. Chicken Sagoti Gravy - 4.5/5 2. Egg Chilli - 4/5 3. Crispy Chicken - 4/5 4. Egg Pancakes - 3.5/5 5. Ross Omelette - 4/5 6. Puri Bhaji (Potato) - 4/5 7. Aaloo Paratha - 3.5/5 8. Masala Dosa - 3.5/5 9. Uttappam - 4/5 10. Watermelon Juice - 4/5 11. Hurrak (Cashew Fenny/ Jungle Juice) - 4.5/5 12. Tea/ Coffee - 4/5 My overall rating for this place would be 4/5. Food - 4/5 Service - 4.5/5 Ambience - 4/5

Had a nice cosy candle light dinner here , romantic atmosphere at night. Menu is something different must try . Had Persian soup which was a cold soup , had tried it for the first time, also had grilled chicken wings , both things were awesome.

It was a fun evening at Sol with a lovely jazz performance from a visiting artist whose name I forget. The ambience and vibe was great. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. We tried a wheat berry salad and a pizza. Both were more than acceptable. I would certainly go back for events but if it's just to eat, then it's passable!
