Below average place. while starters were really good, the place needs better hospitality.

We visited this place looking at the reviews and instagram and it was a complete fail good points- ambience and food is good bad points - the noise levels are extremely high not all but some of the staff members are arrogant with the only focus on getting the money out of pockets we did a table a table reservation in advance a d they asked us to share a table despite of having many vacant tables while paying, we were trying to make the payments zomato and they kept on denying and threatened to pay twice if make it through zomato saying we do not get money via zomato payments. At such cream places- they are not sharing the basic wifi passwords - which is the least minimum anyone could expect as the mobile network works very slow. disappointed as we really had high expectations.

Trigger warning: Homophobia. They had Salsa/Latin dance night which we heard about from a nice local. We went to the place and at the gate, they let a man and a woman enter with 500 cover charge and asked us “stags” to pay 2000 pp. We asked them how do they define a couple, they just looked at me and my partner and said ‘you are not a couple’, ‘like they are’. The hetero couple said even we aren’t a couple but they still let them enter and decided to laugh us off, labelling us as stags. Specially the guy in charge at the entrance gate on Sun 16th June was quite unwelcoming. If a hospitality place in 2024 in Goa can’t be progressive, they deserve to just shut. Simple. Hope they do, soon.

We ordered a nveg taco, and brought to the waiter's notice that there was no chicken it. He took the plate away and asked if there was any dip (we got severed none). He showed the plate to the cashier, and discussed the same with him within earshot. A person (Amit-Kitchen Staff) then appeared with the plate, rudely placed the dish at our table and asked if we couldn't see the chicken before (which was now added to the dish, and was also steaming hot) We had to tell off Amit and the waiter for this behaviour. Of course, they did not admit that the chicken was added later, and had no apology to offer for the unprofessional behaviour. Drinks were average. Avoid this place.

officially the worst place in goa. the staff here are incredibly rude. I was here and I just stepped out for a while for a smoke and the handed my table over to some other guest. I'm not sure why they just asked me to pay the bill and since then I'm paying the bill as per a single item I take. I have been sitting here since 8:30 when the place was empty like in the photos. when the place is empty the treat each customer like God and when it's crowded they treat the same customer like garbage

Horrible!Sad to know they don't even serve you water. Even if u have ordered enough. Staff needs to learn some basic manners of how to deal with customers. A Budweiser pint is for 400 bucks which is not even mentioned in the menu and they fleece u into it, it's not even mentioned in the menu. Very sad experience

Soro I'm sorry.. First off, the waiters are majestic like the shit holes in the slums of Mumbai. It's like the owner's of Soro hand picked the staff from septic tanks. Absolutely no manners and decency. Rude is not enough to describe their attitude. If you'd like to have a bad time, please visit Soro.

the place is meh. The staff is worse. They staff, particularly the owner, expected us to somehow finish our food in 7 minutes, pay the bill and leave as well. And they we asked them to takeaway our prawn crackers; but we didn’t even get them in the end ☹️

Pathetic customer experience due to the security person at the gate. Some dwarf security guy with long hair thought he owns the world and spoke to us so arrogantly that we refused to spend a dime at this place !

The staff is worst. I mean it felt like they are doing me a favour by serving us food. I would suggest everyone to just order food online instead of coming here.
