The Soul Chef building and interiors are works of art in themselves. The furniture and graffiti inside speaks of strong aesthetics and careful attention to detail, making the space cozy and inviting. We Adored the mouth-watering Choriz momo (the first of its kind), and the pork ribs in black sesame sauce, finger-licking delicious with meat falling off the bone. The Shillong Street style noodles is zingy and a meal in itself. My son wolfed it down! The thukpa is warm and comforting, reminding you of home. I cannot wait to visit try the assamese thali and Naga delicacies. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to discover delicious and authentic northeastern cuisine!

Authenticity is the key for me when it comes to cuisines from diverse lands. Although I am not an expert in North-East cuisine, the beauty lies in the delicate play of a few ingredients in just the right proportion. Soul Chef pleasantly surprised me with its flavours. We had the Fish cakes, the Pork dry fry in Bamboo shoots, the Pork Ribs in Black Sesame and the Shillong noodles Every dish screamed Wow as the lovely flavours burst in my mouth A delightful experience and I cannot wait to visit again. I have also heard that they have now received their bar license, so it would be wonderful to try out new dishes with a chilled beer Cheers!!!

It is a very cute place situated in Panjim..A lil difficult to find but that's how the gems are..The vibe of the place is very beautiful..The food is Amazing..Had their Thukpa on a rainy day and trust me, I understood the actual meaning of comfort food..Rest dishes on the menu are delicious too..But my personal favorite is Thukpa and Chilly Chicken..Also, their special gin-based cocktail.💗

I would highly recommend this place. The owners are such lovely people.. Mona and Saurav make sure that they give a perfect experience from the Table Reservation to ensuring that we liked the food to the billing...was more like. Home feeling. We didn't feel like leaving the place.. but since they were people waiting we had to make the table available. Will make sure to visit here again.

Some of the best northeastern food I've had I'm my life and I am from the Northeast. The choriz momos were such a wonderful surprise. You've got to try them to know. The presentation of the food also is so so good. The ambience and proprietors are very warm! I could sit there for hours 😃. Please find a way to deliver to places out of Goa soon!

My wife and I have been craving for some north eastern meal for a while and we found it at soul chef. Amazing food we had bamboo fermented pork, pork chops with bhut jholakia and jaggery, pork momo and corn cheese fritters. Meat was tender and juicy and everything was perfect.

An enjoyable lunch, the pork mills were delectable, the hibiscus lemon ice tea not to sweet just right, the shillong style noodles were yummy and the service was warm. A quaint cafe that came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint 😊

Good place to enjoy Authentic Assamese and Nagaland cuisine. Taste is to the perfection. You enjoy every bite. Loved the food. Bit pricey.

Yesterday I ordered shillong Street noodles and burnt garlic rice both chicken.very dry and no chicken at all.totaly disappointed as have eaten good food before .

Owner has an attitude issue. Even with empty restaurant he didnt want us to sit near the window. Not sure about food. But the vibe was not welcoming
