Stumbled upon this restaurant via google maps. Having been to the Panjim branch, I was quite happy to see they have a mapusa branch! We really need more good restaurants in Mapusa. The ambience is very welcoming and bright. Although the place is quite small, but it doesn’t feel so. It can get a little loud with everyone talking, but it’s not something of concern. Coming to the food, most of the items we tried was super without a fault! For starters we had : Squids golden Fry: Brilliantly cooked squids, no chew at all. And crisp! Chicken Dry Fry: Pakoda type chicken that was seasoned well and deep fried to perfection. Tandoori Lollipop (Red Masala): a must try. Cooked to perfection , juicy and masala on point with a hint of tang. Would’ve liked a refreshing green yogurt mint chutney to tie it all together Prawns in Garlic Sauce: Portion size/Size of prawns could’ve been a little bigger to add a VFM element. But taste , absolutely divine compensating for the size. For mains: We had the Chicken Jaipuri, suggested by the wait staff, and it slapped! Thick gravy, seasoned on point with butter rotis was the perfect pair Fried rice was as good as fried rice could be. Can do with a little less oil & paired the rice with a sweet sour chicken. Sauce was on point! Would’ve like to have some batter fried chicken as batter absorbs sauces. The chicken were pieces of breast, weren’t even velveted, just boiled and added to the gravy. All in all, a lovely experience, keeping up to the name of Soul Curry. Our wait staff was lovely and gave us good recommendations and suggestions! He knew his stuff and it made the ordering process a lot more simpler. VFM: 5/5 Food : 5/5 Ambience : 5/5

Excellent place to have a meal. Best staff!! and excellent food quality and taste 😋😋 Superb experience!! Menu has various options from Goan to North Indian and also Chinese 🦞🍤 Beautiful ambiance and spacious, hygiene at its peak👍 Usually crowded, especially on weekends waiting is longer.

Very nice place to dine in, awesome service and staff behavior and yummy food. Also their serra dura is a must try.... Definitely recommend this place if one is a food lover... Just like me ❣️

It was simply amazing simple dishes but amazing Kappa and chana sabji loved the thali . It was a great experience overall good staff

Good seafood platter. Good variety and taste. Service is a bit slow but food was well cooked so probably worth the wait. Ambience is decent. Mostly visited by families.

Ordered Fish Thali. Rice was too much. It was tasty but did not touch my soul. Decent parking space. Good family restaurant. Fish fry was excellent.

I ordered Pomfret fish Thali which costed around 350 where the fried fish was tiny one for which they waited me 40mins. I also ordered mussels rawa fry but which wasn't cooked and then when I saw the price I got shocked. It was 550. I felt literally wasting money and not having value for money. I did inform the waiter about mussels not being cooked. He just nooded his head. I have visited many restaurants but haven't expected such experience of being overcharged with low quality of food.

disgusting when asked the manager is saying we are not at all linked with zomata then y it is showing do boking on the aap. not acceptable . staff needs to be polite to talk with thier customers
