If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience at Alila Diwa Goa, Spice Studio is an absolute must-visit. From the vibe to the last bite, everything was spot on. The Drinks We started with some drinks that really set the tone for the night: Peach Mojito: Perfectly balanced and refreshing. "Kuch Nahi": Yes, that is actually the name of the drink! If you like something tangy and bold, this is the one. It was easily the highlight of the round. The Food & Service The food was, in a word, delicious. Every dish felt like it was crafted with serious care. However, the real secret to the night wasn't even on the menu—it was the staff. Pro Tip: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the choices, just stop thinking and let the staff take the lead. Their recommendations are absolutely fire. Shoutout Huge kudos to Roosevelt (I hope I’m spelling that right!). He made the evening seamless and his suggestions were 10/10.

Our evening at Spice Studio was truly memorable. From the moment we sat down, it was clear how much thought and care goes into every detail. Even the way the dishes are named, the decor, the serve ware reflects creativity and intention. Chef Arun is incredibly talented. His recommendations were spot on, and each dish felt beautifully balanced and thoughtfully prepared. You can really taste the passion behind the food! The service made the experience even more special. Payal looked after us so attentively throughout the evening, making us feel completely at ease, and Sowmik regularly checked in to ensure everything was just right. It felt warm, personal and genuinely welcoming. If you’re visiting South Goa, Spice Studio is absolutely worth your time. A wonderful combination of exceptional food and heartfelt hospitality.

We had a wonderful family dinner at Alila Diwa Goa. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to our server, Payal, who made excellent recommendations and ensured we had a great time. The menu offers a fantastic variety of Goan and Kerala cuisine. The Chicken Cafreal was flavorful and authentic, and the coconut sweet dish she suggested was the perfect way to end the meal. The pepal trees of around 200 hundred years old adds to the charm.

The restaurant closes at 10.30 and the last order is at 10.15, and unfortunately, we reached around 10 pm. Despite arriving late, we were not at all rushed and given as much time as we needed to order and eat. Luckily, we got the cabana table, and it couldn’t have been a more romantic setting. The server helped us order the tastiest dishes of prawns, fish and mutton. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a lovely dinner.

superb food, tried their Chuttedutha Meen dish and man it's sooo amazing. Was being served by Mr.Rooselvelt who suggested us dishes in the menu and had a whole lot of knowledge about the south indian cuisine it's culture. overall a must visit restaurant in south goa for that unforgettable experience.

Had a beautiful time there. Ambiance and food both were top notch. Meenakshi was there to help us choose dishes and every dish was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

We had dinner at Spice Studio. We started with veg and non-veg appetizers and two cocktails. The appetizers were just decent (6/10) and not worth the price—the quantity was quite small. The cocktails were also disappointing (5/10). The restaurant mainly serves South Indian cuisine. I had informed them that I booked through District, but no one told us in advance that beverages would be billed separately from another restaurant (Courtyard). This is something guests should be informed about beforehand. Overall, it was not a great experience. The food is not value for money, and the cocktails were not good.
