I am extremely frustrated with Spicy Restaurant. During my recent visit with my brother, we wanted to share a fish thali since we were already full from snacks elsewhere and thought of just ordering one. However, the staff flatly refused and insisted we buy two thalis. They said thali sharing is not allowed. Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for our situation. I’ve never experienced such a rigid and unreasonable policy in any restaurant in Goa. It’s absolutely pathetic. Forcing customers to order more than they need shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Clearer communication and better service are absolutely necessary.
