Signature English High tea 🫖 In July, we visited Tea Trunk Tea Room in Fontainhas, Panjim to try their Signature High Tea Experience. ❤️ Between the Portuguese and the English high tea, we chose the English variant. The English High Tea comes with a few vegetarian as well as vegan options of snacks, like the Cucumber Cream cheese sandwich, Beetroot Hummus The Sandwich and the cookies. 🍪 We also tried their freshly made scones with the raspberry compote, Egg mayo sandwich, Lemon Lavender Cake, Camomile cupcakes and the Orange Madeleines along with their Hibiscus Iced tea, Floral Galaxy Lemonade, Masala Chai Hot Chocolate and Mango green tea boba🧋 The Scones with the compote, the Lemon Lavender cake and the Orange Madeleines were the show stealers 🥰 Both the high tea experiences come with unlimited Hot and Iced teas for 2 pax. 🔥

Set inside a Portuguese paradise, @teatrunk is the place to sit back, relax and just be yourself in the company of the most delicious snacks and beverages!❤️ You can treat yourselves to a variety of hot/iced teas, snacks and heavenly desserts. Highly recommend you all to try the scones here; soft, delicious and the best I’ve ever had. You can book a high tea experience (Signature high tea ₹1299 or Portuguese high tea ₹2999) that includes variety of snacks and unlimited tea. Give this place a try if you haven’t already!😍

Amazing Place for a good, cool experience. Terence has some amazing culinary skills which come off vibrantly through the food he serves. We loved the wibe. Do try the cold coffee and the tomato, basil and mozzarella sourdough toast. Must visit while you’re in Goa!

Beautiful space with a really calm and cosy vibe. The iced teas are the highlight, very refreshing and not overly sweet. The Orange Earl Grey is a standout! Great spot if you’re looking for a peaceful break.

Tried a couple of iced teas and cake. Nothing was good. Definitely overpriced and not value for money. Ambience and sitting is cute and cozy.

We signed up for a “High Tea” experience at Tea Trunk, which was pitched to us as sort of an extraordinary-once in a lifetime experience, so much so that they didn’t even allow us to reschedule our booking by half an hour. The reality of it was just so utterly disappointing. At a price of Rs.1200 per person for 7 people= Rs 8400, they served us a small portion of hummus in bread, cucumber on bread and grated egg bread, honestly, I don’t think these can even qualify as sandwiches (even though we had pre-informed them we don’t want to eat carbs). There was a tea cake which was too sweet and a very basic marie biscuit and whipped cream dessert. It is a cafe that does not have a Cappuccino machine so we had to settle for Filter Coffee and French Press Coffee, which we were informed were not a part of the “High Tea” spread so we had to pay for it over and above the amount of money!! We informed the staff about the mismatch in the price we paid and what was being served, yet we did not receive any sort of compensation. Verdict- You may visit this cafe but please don’t fall for their money-making gimmicks like “High Tea”. This is a very small very ordinary very boring cafe, sorry to say but there is nothing too special about it.

The owner mentioned to me that they don't accept the 50% off even thought it's showing on the app. please phone and cross check cause I don't know if it's a scam or what but please think twice before going here based on offer
