I ordered a waffle from Panji outlet, and last 2 times, I’ve received the waffle hard as stone, couldn’t even eat it. First time, I let it go, but this has happened 2nd time in a row. Trying to raise a complaint with the staff didn’t help because they weren’t helpful at all, very rude, and trying to blame it on delivery boy. Forget about resolving the issue, I think people should at least man up and accept the fault. I’ve loved Belgian waffle for years, but coming back from this experience is going to be difficult.
