Been following them on insta through different handles. Dropped in for brunch on my bday. Very fresh food, blue’ish happy vibes. The seating arrangement is kinda quirky and unique. Their coffees, the kid menu, the eggs prep and presentations all of it are spot on.

I would rate the place 5/5 if it wasn’t for the rude staff. The food was so good, I could only deduct one star.

Good food with cute and neat ambience. Though felt like toast can be improvised a bit

I felt exploited. While I was not too impressed with some menu item. But what hurt me the most was that when I asked to pack left over, they wanted to charge Rs 20 for left over packing. Despite their menu has almost a premium pricing. charging for a pack did not come to me at the right taste to be honest. While Rs 20 is not a big amount, it reflects their exploitative attitude and lack of customer centricity. I may not come to such place again. Period.

eggs were good the rest is over hyped. soon as we were done eating we were requested to vacate due to waiting guests. while i can understand that the general vibe is no longer a cafe but an eatery.

The place is overhyped, especially the food. The quality, cooking methods, and presentation are all extremely disappointing. It seems the place has gained popularity simply because there aren’t many options in Palolem, combined with inflated marketing by food bloggers rather than actual merit. The staff are robotic and completely lack any human touch, particularly Mr. Shemrav, who comes across as stiff, unaccommodating, and inflexible. Any simple request to tweak a dish—something as basic as less whipped cream or having an item served on the side—is met with the same rehearsed response: “This is our procedure.” That might work in a factory, not in the service industry, which he clearly does not understand. We ordered scrambled eggs, which were dumped on top of cold toast, scattered messily, and looked thoroughly unappetising. No care, no thought, no basic plating sense. For us, this was our last visit, and I will be ensuring this experience is reflected honestly in a Google review as well.

Very rude staff. Prajyot was very rude. And they call themselves ‘pet friendly’ but they are not. They are just ‘pet tolerant’. We were not allowed to enter because our dog barked twice. And their own in house dogs were barking non stop. We have been to a number of places in Goa and never have we been told to not enter with our dogs just because they bark a bit. People indoors were much louder than our dogs. Terrible unprofessional behaviour. Just Instagram famous and completely unprofessional on ground.

pathetic food. pathetic service. had to wait 10-15 mins to get a table, more 10-15 mins to get menus, another 10-15 mins for a waiter to come take our order, got a coffee which was very bad, the hot chocolate was straight up bournvita, and the yogurt cup was disgusting. not very hygienic too, and the staff literally looks down upon indians. they are so obsessed with whites there, they got a much much better service than us. pathetic, do better. do not recommend at all.
