The best place to eat at South Goa! Their goat cheese pizza and Strawberry Daiquiri is out of this world. It’s right on Talpona beach and is the perfect sundowner spot.

Today, my friends and I visited Patnem, and around 6:30 PM, we headed towards Zest. We noticed several empty beachside tables and approached their shack. One of the staff members was sitting in an outdoor beach hut, scrolling on his phone as we arrived. We asked if we could take a table and if he could leave his chair to fetch more for us. He stood up, seemingly disinterested, and asked, “Do you want to eat?” Isn’t that the primary reason for visiting a restaurant? This response caught us off guard. We replied that yes, we did want to eat. He then added, “Do you know it’s a vegan restaurant?” We confirmed that we were aware and, feeling shocked by his rudeness, decided to leave. There were plenty of other free beach huts, some occupied by foreigners. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Before writing this review, I noticed that other Indians have shared similar experiences. It seems there may be a bias from the restaurant's side, as many have complained about it. To the management: there should be a standard of decorum, and your staff today did not uphold it; his behavior was very disrespectful. I will not be returning or recommending this place

Thieving low lives. Fraud hospitality. Stole my money. So disgraceful, they have no self respect basically. It happens with unfortunate poor humans. It’s sad, don’t stay there ever. Go to turtle hill or casa Jaali. Do yourself a favor, poverty and theft goes hand in glove with this place!!
