I had recently visited the BBQ Nation City Mall Gorakhpur branch for veg lunch buffet, Shantu who attended the table with his food / beverages service did a fantastic job, very polite, friendly , hardworking, good behaviour, and seems a person of good integrity towards work. On the other hand, jr. manager Jitendra did an amazing job supporting the server staff.

all the staff were good. I've visited more than 4 times with family. I've also celebrated my daughter's first birthday here. Everything was good. The food was amazing . Especially gulab jamun. my 19 month daughter is a fan of this

Starter was good !! But main course of Non Veg was not good at all !! We ended up Having Veg main course and loved it. sweet dish was good !! But kulfii can be improved

Worst experience ever. Staff is very rude. You don’t get full menu even once, there is always something missing. The service is very bad, they serve you 2 to 3 pieces of food then come back after 30 to 40 min.

worst service and food ever... I never thought BBQ food could be so bad. there are cockroaches on the table, servicing are very poor, management are too bad.
