I had recently visited the BBQ Nation City Mall Gorakhpur branch for veg lunch buffet, Shantu who attended the table with his food / beverages service did a fantastic job, very polite, friendly , hardworking, good behaviour, and seems a person of good integrity towards work. On the other hand, jr. manager Jitendra did an amazing job supporting the server staff.

all the staff were good. I've visited more than 4 times with family. I've also celebrated my daughter's first birthday here. Everything was good. The food was amazing . Especially gulab jamun. my 19 month daughter is a fan of this

The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient especially Miss.Kim . She is so kind and caring. The food was outstanding.Its so yummy 🤤

I ordered takeaway from barbeque nation city mall gorakhpur. The staff was rudest of all i have seen. First on arriving i had to wait long at reception. Then no one came to hand the package to me, i had to go to the kitchen and pick my order from there. This was not enough that they forced me exit from fire exit and rudely stated that entry and exit for you is from back only. don't know if this happens to all or they thought i am a delivery guy but their behaviour was very rude. And if delivey person have to go through all of this ...the restruant must apologise to them. Talking about the food they were smelling stale and the mix veg only had carrot and peas. The quality was one of the worst.

I have visited the restaurant and the service was worst they serve one dish and for another dish u have to request the vator for 3 times 😡 and the behaviour is also very bad 😡 they gave worst food al the food the kept from morning till night and the food was also sour in taste

BBQ Gorakhpur is another level Scam. I visit there twice, faced same problem. On top of that, even bbq official aren't taking interest in customer problem. I would suggest try another buffet than bbq Gorakhpur

The taste of food is very dull, seems like old food is heated up again and again and everything was so oily and tasteless . I just hated it. Behaviour of staff waa good
