as per my opinion hazratgunj restaurant is the best place in Gorakhpur if I talk about food it's awesome and ambience is wonderful and I recommend to every one plz vist again and taste the food

The place is complete nonsense. If you are planning to come here, expect a wait time of at least 1 and 1/2 hours. They completely made sure that our New years is ruined. The manager is the complete joke, while calling for him, he just said "Dekh lo" and went away. The server was genuinely nice, and Vikas. He tried everything possible! We ordered food at 9pm and we got it at 10:20 p.m I definitely have a huge doubt that they are serving ready to eat food. All the dishes served were cold. Even the Naan, or dishes, name it and it was chilled. The manager who was dealing our order with everything!

soo i visited hazratganj today with my family for my sister's birthday and it was a totally waste of money and time. let's start with pricing which is very high quality and taste is very very very average or below average quantity is in 300 paneer there is soo less paneer that 4 people can never eat it along with a other gravy service was also bad and neglected by many workers. we were cutting cake and they were continuously telling us to return the cake tray while we didn't even start cutting it and was standing on our head until we returned it to them.

Very poor service experience. The staff was unresponsive and the overall management was disappointing. I will not be visiting this restaurant again and would also advise my friends and family to avoid it. Definitely not worth the time or money.

pathetic behave if restaurant manager as well as poor and wrong food packaging for the customer. and after call they are using rough language like hamare yahan aisa hi hota hai

The number of staff to table ratio is horrible. Very poor service; not that good food. Not worth the money and time.
