Yes they helped the said if it was about the quality we will see and also they refunded my money and checked the food quality....also promised that this will not happen again....I love this brand. Because I know Karim's since I was living in Delhi...and seriously very nice people

We have two outlets of this brand in Gorakhpur. These snaps and reviews are from the outlet which is in Citymall. I absolutely loved the taste do visit the outlet and lemme know your review in the comment section

गोरखपुर के बाकी सभी रेस्त्रां मटन स्टू ब्राउन ग्रेवी में बनाते हैं पर आप मटन स्टू व्हाइट ग्रेवी में बनाते हैं और इसकी जानकारी आप अपने ग्राहक को ऑनलाइन ordar करने पर नही दी, जो कि ग्राहक को धोखा देने जैसा है l ( बाकी टेस्ट - दो कौड़ी का ) 😡😡😡😡

Do not just go with the name food quality is very low. I ordered chicken nihari but it tastes like chicken with butter gravy. No taste of any spices at all, gravy was just next to water butter gravy. Totally unrecommended place to visit.

Shahi tukda was like hell and mutton biryani was tasteless. Definitely it was like some one has mixed rice with lots of gravy and was not fresh
