I ordered aloo Paratha..it was tough and hard like pizza crust.and aloo was like just boiled aloo with daniya..no taste no masala.but with it I got pickle, dahi and chutney.but overall aloo Paratha was too bad.they should make it more tasty

Disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at the reception. They were very rude and they didn't even give extra paper napkins when asked for . Although the food is nice but they should improvise on this part.

1) Your restaurant's staff not providing regular water during the visit in your restaurant. 2) Your restaurant also not provided mouth freshner (after meal) on table even after many request. When I talk to your cashier they said take mouth freshner on cash counter they will not serve on table, When I ask the reason- they said this is our restaurant owner's rule and start misbehaving. I also ask the contact details of restaurant's owner to him but they also deny to provide this. So, I request to restaurant owner please teach your cashier how to behave with customer because you are also violating the order of Supreme Court that a restaurant must serve regular water in their premises and not to force to buy a water bottle.

I’ve been to this place a few times before, but this visit was an absolute disaster. The reception staff have completely lost their manners — rude, arrogant, and totally lacking any sense of hospitality. This place has gone from decent to horrible . Due to lack of space and more waiting time I requested for some chairs to sit as I went with 6-7 family members but the staff denied and said to wait for 30 minutes. Upon requesting that I will come in 30 minutes but just hold a table and call me once it gets free he totally denied it very arrogantly. Definitely not a place I'm stepping in again

bahut bekaar experience tha mera maine order liya tha ghr pe khane ke liye near about 700 ka but inhone green chatni dene se bhi mana kiya . uper se ghee bati ke liye per plate 10 rupes extra charge karte hai aur sadi bina ghee bati bhi 25 ek single hai. nakal karte hai ye taste of banaras ka but uske karib bhi taste nahi hai aur expensive bahut hai . staff to bilkul misbehaved hai sara . pata nahi kaisa management hai dont visit this place

It’s a scam , don’t visit the place . As the bati were cooked on electric heater and the real flavour is tampered by using old raw materials
