Love the food quantity and quality. Staffs are welcoming. This is their second property in gorakhpur and both of there outlets serve good food specially chinese and North Indian are their speciality. Chicken rara and tawa fish are a must try.

Love the quality of the food and the ambience of the rooftop restro lounge Akash ganga. Definitely one of the best hotels in Gorakhpur city .

We visited Pradeep inn to enquire about the banquet hall for the family function, we liked the hall and wanted to finalise the same, so we went back to reception, we were asked to wait while the manager comes in to attend us and answer our queries. We waited for about 20 mins but Mr. Ashok Yadav dint arrive, later he came in but I din't find him courteous enough to apologize for keeping us wait for so long, on the other hand he was in hurry to leave, that made me feel he was not taking us seriously. I hope he learns the basic rules of hospitality industry of being courteous and welcoming to the guests...

The wait staff was rude and impolite…they didn’t want to take our orders…a guy with a moustache literally refused to take our order and was rude enough to my parents to never set foot back in the place
