We made a call reservation for my birthday and they said we have reserved your table for 10 people , then on arrival they made us sit there and later they asked to shift tables cause it was not reserved for us (shameful) . Then the food (Butter chicken) very bland and almost a sweet dish as it's only the sauce and has nothing unique about it.(Alfredo pasta) the most wanna be Italian food to ever created, tell the chef to either cook something good or don't serve it . And the worst part is later when we were having the main cource they told us to finish fast as the table we were sitting on after shifting once was reserved for someone else , like cummon dude do you think I would ever come back again? NO.

Went for lunch on a work trip. Have a good Ambience for Gorakhpur city. However hygiene standards are fairly poor, there was a cockroach on my table which came out of the tissue holder. Didn’t really feel like eating anything after that.

I went here on a Saturday Night after 10:30 pm for Dinner and I faced what is known in service industry as Forced Service, When I visited here with my family. they put food on table and leave as if they are doing us some favour. waiters don't listen. it took us nearly 2 hour to finish our meal because the service is ridiculous. they gave soup and then waiter disappears. then I called 2-3 staff members and asked them what is the first thing you serve when customers are seated ? Water. It took our Waiter approx 20 mins to serve us Water when order had been placed long before. Appetizers arrive in gradual manner along with Water. after our appetizers were nearly finish, we called the waiter for main course order. main course arrived when the entire place got Empty. Every table was cleared and we were still waiting for our food. it's not like I ordered caviar. it was simple 1 paneer dish, 1 Manchurian gravy and Tandoori Rotis. The Usual Suspects. 2 hours ??? BBQ Buffets make customers sit this long for their wife spread food. The View with which this Restaurant was Once Opened in the City, That View is long gone now. pathetic and outnumbered.

I have never ever ever experienced such a worst service ever in any other restaurant ...I want to point out a particular old aged person wearing blue uniform (don't know the name)...he doesn't even have a bit of a knowledge about professionalism, he was very very rude to me and my friend...we ordered biryani and he mistook it with a pizza and then when we said it is not our order he started shouting at us and then he also went to other waiters and started taunting us....even the other waiters came to us and told us that he doesn't how to behave to guests but we can't say anything to him as he is a senior

pathetic service and user experience.bpinacolada is not even strained. waiters turn a deaf ear. at least 500 years of training required to make them understand how to serve, give vlean dishes with each starter, take n serve orders without asking and cancelling. we visit restaurants and pay a grand amount only for user experience and relaxation

yesterday we went to Rangreza park street...we had paneer labadar but taste was so so...after 3yrs we went to Rangreza we aspect food will be good but it was tasteless,waste of money. price is also high as compared to other resturant

Bahut hi wahiyat restaurant hai bashi khana serve krte hai aur logo ko bevkuf bnate hai galti se bhi koi nahi jana yar pura paisa barbad hoga bimari alag se milegi

The quality of food is the best, very delicious food is available but the behaviour of the staff is very bad, the overall experience was not good

Delayed service. You have to wait for hours for your single dish. Not recommended at all. Waste of money.
