Kritunga is one of the finest restaurants in Hyderabad. The food is spicy and tasty. But it doesn't carry to Guntur branch. Why don't franchises maintain their taste everywhere. Why does restaurants expand if they can't maintain the taste and same brand image. What we get for free in Guntur Kritunga restaurant is sand in every dish. No even bothers about feedback although you mention it repeatedly. Chicken is very hard, I think it is frozen or stored chichen not a fresh ones. Quantity is very very less for the price they are collecting. Ambience is ok in the restaurant nothing great or unique. Wash area is far from dining area. It is cozy place. They will attach tables if you are team of 8 members. Coming to taste and quantity I would suggest you not waste money on this restaurant. Don't blindly go with name. It is not upto kritunga reputation in Hyderabad. It tasted worst for some dishes. And sand is common in each dish. Eat carefully. Servers won't bother to serve you well or won't even care about dish feedback. And they serve very late. They are taking 60 rupees for lemon water and serve you in paper cup just like roadside. Taste is good but thank you for your attitude and arrogance towards customer. They will not provide the food what you order but they give you what they has and if you question them directly they say if you want you eat or else you may leave, that too after waiting for an hour.

Very bad management, no separate kitchens for veg and non veg. I got chicken pieces in veg biryani and almost 2 times repeated by this restaurant

Pot biriyani is worst. No spicy at all. Not at all felt like kritunga biriyani. Special kebab is also not spicy. Not for Gunturians.
