Tried their Pongal, utappam, Puri and a few varieties of Dosas and they are just too good. Service is prompt and the AC hall seating is decent. Taste - 4.7/5 Ambience - 4/5 Value for money - 4.5/5

Today around 4'0 clock evening I went to mourya hotel but the taste of food is not good, and note this point the service is very bad,it's too late, and they don't have responsibility and they don't care customer also, my husband wrote a review letter in Google, they deleted the letter, and now again iam writing a review, All customers should have to know that their service is very bad, what I have ordered they didn't give me at a time, it's a worst ...

I,HAVE ORDERED FOR BUTTON GHEE IDLY AROUND 10PM NOW THE TIME IS 11:30PM AND THEY HAVE GIVEN NORMAL IDLY AND THERE IS PRICE DIFFERENCE WHO WILL GIVE BACK IT IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS .WORST PRIORITY TO CUSTOMERS WHEN ORDERED LIKE THIS NO ANSWER FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT .
