The Spicy Kitchen has good options for non veg and mentioned Mutton items are extremely good. Service can be improved.

Cinnamon, simple and classy name. And the restaurant stands for the same, classy ambience, nicely done interiors. This place when started pulled off huge crowds and had waiting time, but the restaurant did a great job handling huge crowd, with out effecting the food quality, which in turn is the reason, it is still crowded. The menu boasts north indian, Chinese and continental dishes. They don't serve South Indian breakfast and meals, keeping the premium thing alive. They attract good quality crowd, visited this place several times, the service is good, haven't had any issues, the food was good, served hot. No complaints about anything, 4 star only because there are other places which serve superior quality food. Cinnamon food is good, but not something to crave for. If you want to go out with family for a celebration, this is the place. They also keep adding new items every week, though I haven't tasted much of it, heard good reviews from people who had. Classy place with good quality food, that's cinnamon in short !

The ambience of the restuarant is ok but the food serve here is not worth it for the money we pay here it was not that good taste just for the ambience people are paying more i think so.

The food was the only bearable part. The staff and management are a bunch of idiots who don’t know how to treat customers. Instances of extremely stupid behaviour was giving our guest the plate in which they brought the Biriyani in, instead of a new plate and then asking Us to get up leave the moment the bill payment was done when there was no one waiting. For a restaurant of this level, I expected better service. Well now I know that is the case especially at this place. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend or visit again.

The staff were unprofessional. I had to wait 15 minutes to get the attention of the waiter and another 15 minutes for him to attend my table just to ask for a bowl raitha. I wanted the 2 leftover dishes for Takeaway and the waiter was speaking in a irritable tone for that. Such a horrible experience. The food wasn’t tasty and would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The prices are high for the quality of the food we get. few mosquitoes were flying around the corner tables . Yuck!

I have ordered egg bhurji biryani on a number of occasions and I was a fan of it, but the last time I have ordered it I could not find the magical taste which it had previously, too much I even did not find egg pieces in the biryani, & I said to myself this is going to be last order at cinnamon, Do not cheat your customers, you will end no where.

Stupid restaurant that I have ever met. Both with the service person and food items too(worst). Neither the service person nor the management responds for the stupid food.
