Was here for catching up with a friend. As usual had my favourite Iced Vietnamese coffee which never seems to disappoint. Followed it with BBQ Chicken Quesadillas, which were good too.

We ordered a grill chicken steak burger but we got a burger with fried chicken patty like that of a Burger King . So that wasn’t expected because I don’t think that was worth the price . Other than that the aglio olio , bbq and the beverages we orders was good and wroth the price.

1) We went for breakfast. A customer's chair broke down and no one from the staff came to help him.It was distressing. 2) Our orders were not provided properly. We ordered 11th Avenue breakfast, items were missing out and taste was also not good. I hope the staff is more professional next time.

I am a regular here and today’s experience wasn’t a good one. We weren’t the only people who faced issues, there were others too. They didn’t have the items that were supposed to be there in the dish. Overall, all a regular, it wasn’t a good experience today

Food looks good but tasted real bad, the fries were over fried and over cooked to an extent that we could practically taste the oil. This dish was one of my favs , but i think food qual at this branch is no more a priority. Hoping to see some changes.

They did not serve our order even after repeating the order several times and made us sit for hours until we had to leave. One of the female staff members made some odd grimaces who initially took our order which was quite uncomfortable.
