I tried ordering a tiramisu cake from here for my mother birthday. To know if the cake has alcohol, or just coffee, I called the restaurant. First two tries, no answer. Third time some man answers and he’s all mad at me for asking if the cake has alcohol. Says, “Ki kotha koi apuni!?” He also claims that tiramisu doesn’t have alcohol. Which is a pretty funny thing since he works in a bakery selling tiramisu cakes without knowing that MOST tiramisu cakes are flavoured with rum. Anyway, he came off as someone who knows very little, thinks he knows too much and has an inflated ego. My suggestion to him would be to read up on cakes he’s trying to sell and answer queries without getting offended for no reason. Good luck.

Poor quality food colours were used, the pink flowers tasted bitter due to the colour they used. Moreover very rude behaviour of the staff, 1st time went into their shop to buy directly, but their was behaviour really bad. With this attitute you people think you can run this business for long time??? First learn to be polite with customers, found no one to be illiterate in this shop. Many other shops are more busier than you guys.

One of the worst pastries I ever had. Dry and absolutely tasteless. On top of that the menu is elaborate yet anything I tried to order they refused citing that it's not possible to make them. Even freaking ice cream was not available. Never going back

You should change ur name from 7th heaven to 7th hell.Ur service is very bad.And they didn’t even apologise for being late more than 1 hr,and the behaviour of the staff is very bad, they dont knw how to give response to the customer

Difference in design upto a certain limit is acceptable ,but it's just a different from the one shown in the photo.Pathetic and upset .It hurts when you have no option after closing.😔😔😔😔😔

Candles were not given with the cake. They even did not call to inform about it. I got to know about the same while opening the package. Very poor service.

Pineapple cake. Wah itna atcha presentation. Aplogo ko toh best presentation ka award milna chahiye 😒. Expectation vs reality 😂😂
