we ordered chicken Chakna which was not crunchy like the Hatigaon franchise of 99, we also ordered chicken butter masala and chicken kasha which was the same curry, nothing different in both items, and chicken was smelling so bad, we are unable to have a single piece of chicken. worst experience with 99 Jaya Nagar branch, still like 99 hatigaon branch.
