they told me I can't pay with zomato then told me i can only pay with zomato if i booked a table first they tried to scare my saying paying with zomato may fail since it has failed many times with various people and thus they stopped zomato and asked me to pay through Swiggy instead and only let me pay with zomato since I insisted and argued about this

Visited Aminia once — and that was more than enough. The food was fine, but their policies deserve their own comedy show. Apparently, rolls are “takeaway only.” You can’t eat them inside, even if you’ve also ordered kebabs or biryani. So here’s what happened: We ordered 2 rolls (intended to take away) and while waiting for it thought to try out one of their kebabs. The roll got ready, neatly packed; the kebab was still taking its sweet time (10 -15 mins more after we got the rolls packed). Naturally, I asked if I could eat the roll while waiting. The staff, straight-faced, replied: “No sir, you can have the roll outside, then come back for the kebab.”Now here’s the fun part — apart from us, there was one other table occupied. The whole restaurant was emptier than their logic. Yet they clung to that policy like it was the secret to Michelin stars.I get the idea — they don’t want people hogging tables with quick bites. But when the place looks like a movie theater between shows, maybe that rule could take a little nap. Rules should keep order, not turn customers into rule-breaking fugitives for wanting a bite of their own food.In summary: decent food, baffling logic, and a masterclass in how to lose repeat customers with unwavering devotion to nonsense.

I went to Aminia to have Kathi Rolls but I was surprised to see it no where in the menu. On enquiry I was advised to collect it from the take away counter located outside. Disgusting it is really. I went with my family but the waiter politely asked me to order the roll outside. Total Insult. I went to adjacent Burger King and was then happy. By the way I am a regular customer over zomato and also ordered bulk quantity of biryani and other items several times from office, will never do it again. Learn some manners and have some ethics

If anyone wants to get insulted, you can visit AMINIA. Zero hospitality. While they are in hospitality business, somebody needs to teach them that. Ordered kabab and roll here, while the roll arrived, kebabs took time and when we wanted to eat them they said - EAT OUTSIDE!! that was the staff behaviour. Management strictly needs to teach their staff the right way to behave and most importantly get rid of this stupidest policy ever!!! Food is not to die for so skip it, you will be saved from being insulted too.
