In a time when the entire world seems to be on a crazy appetite of chewing and eating each other up in the name of power, money, religion, caste, gender and so on, a place like 'Ayo Dogo It' is the space for you to eat only and only delicious, fresh and hygienic food. The menu in itself is Food Bible, the ambience of that of a Church with a divine flavour of Islamic hospitality, and diverse range of cuisines like the great Hindu rivers. This might seem very 'filmy' to few of the readers but once you are in that terrace, you are on a stage made of liberal thoughts and secular belief. The ambience is perhaps an upcoming avenue (not just a venue) for poets, storytellers, musicians, and all other artists who wants a non-judgmental environment around them. I am going down as a regular. A "khatta" book will be required by our beloved Saleh da, who made such a unique and homely space for the crazy wanderers of Guwahati.

Ayo dogor it gives you the exact feeling as your go-to chai joint in college. There's one word for this place, comfort. The person behind Ayo dogor it will serve you food the same way your mother brought you a plate of pakodas and chai while hanging out with friends during school days. The food is delectable. This is the place you've been looking for after you've shifted to Guwahati and just want to chill without thinking about the bill. You'll find like-minded people around you in this small terrace with huge trees and a voyager spirit. I'd highly recommend you try their lemon chicken. You'll keep thinking about it in your sleep as well.

For people living in and around Chandmari, Bamunimaidan and the Zoo Road area, YOU must visit this restaurant/cafe! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Indonesian dishes are to die for. IT WAS ALL FIRE!! The service we received was amazing and the owner/chef made us feel welcomed. Me and my friends will definitely be going back to this place again:)
