Recently went to this place. It's a nice play to go with your friends. Coming to the taste of the food. We ordered Arbi ki Chaat, red sauce pasta and honey chilli potato. 3 of them were very delicious. I think the amount of Arbi in the chaat was quite less and instead it was a lot of vegetables with a salsa, but then the rest of the two dishes were worth forgetting about the first one. Coming to the service, the service was quite slow and the waiters would come to your table after waiting for a lot of time (maybe it was not there fault. They actually couldn't hear us in loud music). Also, the prices of the dishes are very reasonable. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely visit this place again in future.

The pizza was really good. The ambience was beautiful but their choice of music was ruining it. So we had to request to change the songs. Had to wait 45 mins for the pizza to arrive. Overall a good experience.

Have found this place always empty despite being on a good location . Price of food items are on a higher range otherwise taste is good Monotonous genre of music Staff has been good and courteous.

This place is highly overpriced , the liquor rates are fluctuations but the minimum rate you will get also is much higher almost 4-5 times than MRP. We were the only crowd in the hotel that day, no doubt people will not come 2nd time here. It's not worth the price it charging. Also no corporate discounts...

We had no issue with the place, the people around were very well behaved, till the time the bill came in. And that was when we saw the real faces. We asked the waiter to remove the "service charge", to which he started arguing that the same cannot be removed. After letting him know that it is not true, the waiter very rudely kept the bill after finally getting it removed, did not even bother to listen to us, and walked away. We literally had to ask someone else to call him to get the card machine and to top it all, the way he swiped the card and behaved, we honestly did not understand how someone so courteous can change in a minute as service charge was paid. Consumer Affairs Ministry guideline has clearly stated that it is the customer’s choice to pay service charge or not. The customer will be in a position to decide whether he is willing to pay the service charge only after availing the service. Also, restaurants cannot assume that the entry of a consumer into a restaurant amounts to consent to pay the service charge. Let's not get into the technicalities, however, the concern here is such behavior is not expected from people specially in my hometown and yes this to the manager - "You may run a great place, but you have not educated your people well"

The ambience and the food were good until the bill came in which they added service charge.. After asking them why was this added the waiter simply said this was because they served alcohol which felt like a complete baseless reason. when we asked him to remove he simply said this can't be removed and it's fine if we don't want to visit their place again. The manager need to train the staffs properly and teach the basic etiquettes of interacting with customers.

Absolutely pathetic, did not get a table of our choice despite most of the good spots being empty; the waiters cum bouncers are absolute A - holes, rude poorly behaved, food was good but the attitude and behaviour of the waiters soured the whole experience, and ITS DEFINITELY NOT MRP The waiter pigs gave us the worst experience and yet refused to omit service tax, NEVER GOING BACK, advice others to skip too,

Worst experience of liquor bar exchange so far.... shittiest service ... staff was rude.. place was extremely dull.. the place doesnot have there own parking and donot provide any alternative general parking... food was average... Donot entertain any online membership offers...

Very low light, and too high music. Visited on sunday, they charged entry fee of Rs.200 per person. And was even unable to bear the ambience.

Service tax is nowhere mandatory in India. they force to pay 10% service tax and if you ask they abuse you. At the end you have to pay it.
