Without doubt, the best restaurant in Guwahati. With it's wooden and bamboo decor, the place offers delicious and healthy food. Thanks to the owner, Amit Baruah for the amazing menu and his wife Jubee Baruah for the wonderful decoration of the place. Best dishes? Everything on the menu. But do try the Momos, Pork Salad, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pork Burger and All Mixed Omlette.

We recently visited this amazing place called "By The Way" cafe. We ordered - "Chicken Thukpa & Pork Burger ." The food was delicious and the staff was responsive. The interior had a wonderful ambience. Overall we had a great experience and would love to visit again.

This has been my go to for quick bites since it opened. Pocket friendly, prompt service and good food. Used to love their Momos ( still do of course) but with the introduction of pizzas, I order nothing else.

To start off with... Its a nice, cozy, bright and refreshing place in terms of interiors. books available to read while waiting for your food. Games like chess, Jenga, Uno, etc are made available to the customers at a help yourself basis. Also, a guitar, tabla and keyboard are there in the restaurant. So, with permission of the authorities, you can use those as well. so, interior wise, I am super satisfied. Now, the food. yes, We ordered pork belly, pork thukpa, Oreo shake and pasta carbonara. one of each. cost us around 600 bucks. which is pretty cheap, right?!? and all the dishes were good. I wont say mind blowing or extraordinary. But, definitely GOOD. At that price range, its really very good. out of the four, The pork belly and oreo shake were the best. Would love to visit this place again.

I love the momos here ! In fact almost all the dishes are good to taste! The chicken steak, the fish finger, the pizza, all are really good to eat ! But still, my all time favourite are the chicken steamed momos ! And yes, if you are here, please don’t forget to taste the fresh lime water with pudina! It’s awesome! And BTW is pocket friendly too !

Good food. Everything is made fresh so it takes a bit of a time for them to serve. Good place to spend some time and relax. Try their pork belly fry, chicken herb sandwich, noodles and many more

The seating space is great. They have a smoking zone right outside. The food is pretty decent. The momos come recommended by several people. And the staff is friendly as well. It's quite a hub.

Good restaurant by the road side..loved the ambience very much..we went for Momo's which were appreciable enough. Would definitely hit this restaurant again and try some other things as well.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I visited this place and ordered a dish after checking the menu. The restaurant guy came and asked me if I want half plate or full plate. He said half plate is for rs 150. I asked him if half plate will be sufficient, and he said yes. I requested him for half plate after his confirmation. After few minutes he came back and said half plate won't be sufficient, and I said okay give me one more half plate. He brought food in 2 plates. But when I went to pay the bill, I was shocked to see that it costed me rs 600. When I said that you told me half plate was for rs 150, he said no sir we don't have any half plate dishes here. They just immediately lied. I have never seen any resutaurant cheating like this in Guwahati. The open place was full of mosquitos, no measure was being taken for that. The closed place was okay to sit. Momo is good, but overpriced at 150 rs. Other foods I tried were over priced, below average in taste. I was cheated big time by this restaurant.
