My favourite Chinese restaurant (well, this along with China Town and Wan Li, obviously). I have tried Chinese cuisine all over the country and nothing beats these 3 in Ghy. One point of concern though is that there are rare days when the food just isn't good enough.

In One word, I *love* this Restaurant. Since, I was very young, I'm visiting this place & till this date, it has been One & the best one I find for Chinese, in Ghy.

A must visit restaurant in Guwahati. It has catered to my cravings for Chinese food since I was a kid. Still maintaining the same great taste that made this my staple. Highly recommended.

One of the oldest chinese restaurants in guwahati......lot of nostalgic memories but the place has not changed. Chicken drum sticks were a lot more salty and over fried. Pork fried wantons were just right...light and crispy. The chicken fry pak cham kay was light and possibly the best....we ordered seconds Veg noodles and veg fried rice was in generous proportions... Roasted pork fry was outstanding Good for casual dining... Service was unobstrusive and crisp

I Have gone there only once but I swear, I would love to go there further. Because I found it quite worth to spend the quality money on the delicious food. And the environment was quite soothing to have a family dine. Keep it up!

Chung Fa is An iconic place for Chinese cuisine in Guwahati, we had ordered Prawns, Noodles, Roast Pork and Chilli Chicken; pretty basic dishes. However, not only was the taste SO SO but we had to wait 45 mins to be served. Extremely disappointed with the experience. This place has definitely deteriorated. Never ever.

Have grown up eating Chinese in this very place! But my recent visit to this place was very disappointing! Ordered prawn fry, noodles, fried rice and chilly chicken! The noodles were sticky, chilly chicken and fried rice was ok but the taste has changed a lot!

Not the right place for vegetarians. Every food served on the table was so oily. Hot n sour soup: very thick consistency Fried rice: average Manchurian: okay (it taste sweet) Noodles: taste good (but very oily) Chilly panner : pathetic

The food took one hour to be served. The cold drinks served were not even close to being cold. When enquired they said they don't have a fridge. The chicken was stale. The service is worst. I have never visited a place in Guwahati where the service is this poor. And finally they added 500 extra to the bill. Please don't visit this place on a weekend. Guwahati has better options for food.

This is oil filtered out of serving bowl of one dish. No attention given to quality of food they serve. In fact the stewards are so arrogant that they even told us that some oil will definitely be there in the food. But the quantity which leaked seems like cholesterol served on a plate! Never visit!
