Their pizza is the best in the city. Fluffy and perfect toppings. But you got to upgrade your crust to cheese burst or else it won't taste great cause they give less cheese.

The Dominos staff is something else. I ordered online at 1.23 pm since Dominos was taking order. But half an hour after I placed my order the manager calls me and says that it is raining and we are short of staff so kindly wait. we will deliver shortly. I said fine. In the meantime the rain had stopped. I waited for another 40 min. Then the person who is going to deliver calls me and says he is about to leave the store but asks me to share my location since there is some issue with the Zomato app. So I shared my location. Again I waited for more then half an hour. So after half an hour I called and nobody picked up. Few mins later the person called and said Sir I am just about to come. So he was still at the store. The time was past 3 pm. My question is if you are short of staff and not competent enough then why are you open for orders. Kindly don't take orders if you do not have the capacity to deliver.

DOES DOMINOS REALLY STAND FOR 30 MINS OR FREE DELIVERY?? I guess not.. So 2 days ago I ordered my pizza (<₹300) and it arrived like after an hour. I was supposed to get a free delivery as per their mantra but the delivery boy refused. Then I asked him to call his manager but he didn’t pick up and instead he gave me a no. took the money and went away. I dialled the no. again and then a boy picked up who claimed to be the manager and told me that I would get a call and the amount will be refunded. Apparently I didn’t get any call nor refund. I also raised the issue on chat support and got a ticket no. but no resolution at all. Its been two days now and I feel cheated and I must say dominos service is really poor. Location: Domino’s, Hub Mall, Guwahati, G S Road, Bhangagarh Also they don’t pick up if you call on the restyled number

I live a kilometer away from Dominos Bhangagarh so I often order pizzas from Domino's but recently on 10th September I received my order 2 hours late. I registered my complain to Zomato as I made the order via Zomato but they clearly declined their fault and asked me to contact Dominos. The issues that I faced was the food was soggy as it was too late. Then the Delivery person came around 10:30 which I put the order at 8:26PM so according to the Dominos policies I should have got free food but I didn't ask for free food since I made the payment through Gpay. The delivery person was so rude and he even used abusive words and said he wont deliver my food over phone but still somehow I convinced him to atleast deliver the food as I already made the payment.

Good place to come with friends and enjoy your weekend but standard of service is declining. Take long time to get deliver you order behavior of the manager is also v rude. Specially at bhanghaghar branch. Central system is v strong and pizza and lava cake is best in town

I had ordered margherita pizza ,but i received chicken pizza which was not eatable one for me today as i am on fasting...you should be careful about the purpose of delivery as every customer paid for it and today my money is totally lost...

very bad delivery service.they dont pick up calls. delivered after 1 hour. the pizza was cold and felt more like a chapati.waste of money threw half of the 2 pizzas. it was domino's. cant believe it

Most pathetic delivery system. Order took 2 hours to reach and yet items were missing. Zomato support was no help. I will forfeit Dominoes from now on. Such bad practice!

The took 2 hours to deliver my food. Never picked up my call. And bad customer service. The food reached cold. Very very disappointed with the service.

I placed my order ar 6:49 PM. But pizza that was already cold, was delivered at 8:30pm. Very unprofessional. What about the 30 mins guarantee?
