Pretty disappointing experience overall. The food portions were quite small for the price, so it didn’t really feel worth it. What was more concerning was that they quietly added a service charge to the bill without informing us at all. Since this charge is optional, including it without consent or even a heads-up feels misleading and unacceptable. The service itself wasn’t great either, the waitress kept hovering around as if she wanted us to finish quickly, which made things uncomfortable. Also, the water bottle had an MRP of ₹116, but they charged more than that, which is not acceptable. Overall, not a great experience in terms of value or transparency.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service. After making us wait 1 hour 30 minutes, we were served just one plate of gyoza. Even though we placed starters and the main course together, the staff admitted after 90 minutes that they had only then started preparing the main course. When questioned, their excuse was that we were seated in a corner and they forgot about us , yet somehow they didn’t forget to take the order. This shows complete negligence, zero accountability, and utter disrespect for customers’ time. Pathetic management and disastrous service. Never visiting again.

I felt they try to make it a premium experience yet they fail in every sense. Ordered a pizza worth 1300 rs. Had two pieces and asked them to pack the rest. To my surprise they packed it in a silver foil box, the one that we generally see from local restaurants’ delivery. And when ai opened it in my home, it had three pieces inside. I don’t know where one piece of it went. Need to work harder on many fronts,. Ekse it would be another place with just high volume songs
