I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kimchi- Eonni Chuka, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. We ordered the Spicy Pork Ramen, Chicken Bibimbap, and another dish that slipped my mind, but all of them left a lasting impression on my taste buds. While the food was undeniably delicious, I must warn you that the queue can be quite long. However, I managed to overcome this hurdle by giving a call to the owner, David. He graciously booked us a place in advance, saving us from the lengthy wait. I have to commend David for his warm and welcoming nature. He made us feel right at home in Guwahati. The Spicy Pork Ramen was a true highlight. The rich, flavorful broth packed a punch of heat that awakened my senses. The tender slices of pork complemented the noodles perfectly, creating a harmonious blend of textures. As for the Chicken Bibimbap, it was a delightful medley of fresh vegetables, savory chicken, and a vibrant sauce that tied it all together. Each bite was a burst of diverse flavors, making it a satisfying choice. Though the name of the third dish eludes me, I can assure you it was just as scrumptious. Every bite was a delightful surprise, showcasing the chef's expertise and creativity. Overall, Kimchi- Eonni Chuka is definitely worth the wait. The food is exceptional, and the warm hospitality from David makes the experience all the more enjoyable. If you find yourself in Guwahati, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Just remember to call ahead and secure your spot, and get ready for a memorable culinary journey.

I had probably the best Korean food in Guwahati yesterday and trust me I have had a lot around the city. Kimchi- eonni is a quaint , cosy little cafe that really mesmerises you. We tried the spicy chicken ramyeon and the chicken bibimbap. The peach and passion fruit iced tea went along brilliantly. Overall it was a wonderful experience

The bibimbap was super delicious! They serve the best kimchi in town. We tried a stir fried pork platter with a side of seakelp soup which was excellent as well!

After much hype in social media, we decided to try this place. This joint is a blink n miss kinda location. A quiet n cozy joint located in a very secluded residential location. The restaurant can accommodate max of 16 heads, not much of an ambiance but music is soothing. Parking shouldn't be a problem since its a residential area. Service is good, both the owner n manager were very polite. Now coming to the food, we ordered gimbap ( korean sushi) , Ramyeon, chicken strips and for drinks korean coffee n peach tea. I was not very impressed I must say. I had very high expectations from this place considering the hype. Ramyeon was poor, trust me I have had Ramyeon at multiple location in Guwahati (both Jap & Korean). Gimbap was olryt. Chicken strip was good however. Presentation wise, not so much. Coffee n Peach tea was so so. Price was ok, a littttttle bit on the higher side considering the location and ambiance. They need to really work on their Ramyeon :( Good Luck!!

Tried the pork bibimbap ehich was alright, nothing remarkable, just somewhere in the middle. Also had the peach iced tea, which I wouldn’t recommend. The place still has an interesting menu, so I’m looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes.

When I went there for the first time, the food was genuinely good but now as time passed by the food is below average and definitely not worth the price. I would recommend bites and beans cafe if you’re looking for good k-food.

The food was so bad. Pork bibimbap had only pork fats, no flesh, it just tasted like a bad fried rice. But it was much better compared to the jajjangmyeon. It was just Chinese noodles with a wok sauce taste. It was not jajjangmyeon black sauce and it was bitter too like it was abit burnt. When I told my views, the staff told me it was never a complain and they make their own sauce. If it’s their own sauce, it shouldn’t be portrayed as a Korean jajjangmyeon noodles. It could’ve been a one time thing but my experience sure was bad. I’ve always eaten Korean food and this was nothing near it.

This was our first time visiting based on the positive reviews we read, so we decided to give it a try with my friends. We ordered Samgyeopsal and Chicken Tteokbokki. First, the portion sizes were small for the high price, and it took quite a while for the food to arrive. Once it did, we started eating, but after just 2-3 bites, the taste was so unpleasant that we had to force ourselves to continue. To try and improve the taste, I ordered Chicken Ramyeon, which was "okay" at best. We also ordered Passion Fruit Iced Tea, but it didn’t help the situation. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting over 1800+ on food we couldn't even enjoy. When we got home, both my friend and I ended up vomiting everything we ate. The experience was awful, and it was so bad that I had to visit the doctor the next day. The doctor suggested it could have been food poisoning or old ingredients served. We’ve been to many Korean restaurants, and we’ve never had an experience like this. We won’t be coming back again.

worst food I've ever had in a while with such high price.... suffering from food poisoning after eating their seafood bucket.

The food tastes like nothing and it was way too expensive for the food quantity they provide.
