I ordered food through tomato, 3 special thali, chicken handi ,Shahi paneer and chicken dry fry but didn't received chicken dry fry . Tried calling but they didn't received nor any response cane from their side. I paid the whole sum then I am supposed to receive the order in whole.

I am writing this because this restaurant is a fraud. I had ordered food for my family who are in Guwahati for my uncle's operation, as I realised the next day that the order was missing two of the main course items for which I had paid. I was informed about one of the item being missing and Zomato refunded it...but I later realised one other item was also missing and now it's too late to even get a refund. More than the refund it's the irresponsible behaviour of the restaurant and their inability to fulfill a simple order. Also they don't pick up their phone.

DISGUSTING, FILTHY & UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered an extremely overpriced Basmati Veg Special Thali and found a mosquito AND hair in the food. This is absolutely disgusting and shows total negligence towards hygiene and food safety. Are customers supposed to eat insects now? Charging premium prices and serving such dirty, unsafe food is shameful. This place clearly has ZERO hygiene standards and doesn’t deserve a single rupee from customers. Never ordering again. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to risk your health.

I have been to this place many times for the last 5 years. This restaurant is not anymore what it used to be. I am assuming that the ownership must have passed to the next generation. Of course, they will sell for some more time on the merit of the past reputation. Food has lost its authentic bengali taste. The food is more like from a 'Chalu' meal hotel in a small bus stand. Very overpriced compared to quality. I will never again step inside this place. Not even with a 70% discount.

Worst experience. Pathetic service. So-called waiters don't the difference between Paneer curry and butter paneer. We ordered dal fry but received dal, potato, and tomato mixed fry. Butter paneer tastes like sugar syrup and rubber paneer pieces. The owner didn't admit his mistake and continued with his work. I paid rs610 for their pathetic food. Better to close the hotel instead of teaching the customers about food taste.

Worst in there price point Even a roadside or railroad side hotel is more Quality oriented,less price, taste wise The owner it’s the son of the previous father only printing money in the name and establishment by his father Shame on u to be a child like u , even ur father is also in distress because of ur present .
