As always the first thing i notice about a restaurant is its interiors and ambience, Maihang has lovely interiors which immediately makes you feel good. Next, I will come to the staff, the staff attending us were courteous and helped in providing proper information about a few dishes. Coming to the most important thing, the food. I loved everything that I tried here. We had Veg Thali, Chicken With Koldil, Mutton Curry, Fresh Pork with Sesame and Smoked pork with dried bamboo shoot. Among these my favourite was Smoked pork with dried bamboo shoot and Mutton Curry. Lovely experience

A must visit place for those who are craving a rich ethnic cuisine. Everything from the ambience to the service was top-notch. The food was really delicious and variety they put together for the thali was amazing. All the items were available and cooked to perfection. Really loved the place and will surely visit again.

I had a wonderful experience at this resturant .The food was fresh,tasty and beautifully presented. The staff members were very courteous .Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food and great service

Price's are very high...but food are not delicious ...just normal khana...who likes without masala .. they can visit this restaurant...for dinner ya lunch

Visited this restaurant recently on a weekday afternoon. The ambiance and service were okay. We ordered mutton and fish thalis.

Do not go by looking this menu...... prices are very high compared to this menu. Overall food was good.....but not delicious.

Worst food offered between any authentic cuisine restaurent in guwahati . The food was horrible , bland beyond saving , i cook assamese , naga , dimasa , khasi and many other indiginous cuisine hence i have a little idea about authentic food . Dare i say , the food was so horrible , that when i offered it to roadside dogs even they refused to eat it after smelling it also it was extremely expensive , a veg thali cost 225 rupees after tax and they provide rice , dal , khar and one mix sabzi thats all in 225 rupees , i would sue this restaurent if i could , pathetic .

The restaurant is listed on zomato gold. Last year (2022) I paid all my bills through gold. ( I visited 8 to 10 times). This year in February I went again and I paid the bill through gold. But they didn't accepted it and i had to pay twice the amount. I requested them to check if they can help with anything... But they didn't agree to anything. The bill was around ₹ 600. And I paid ₹ 1200.

We order local chicken curry but I felt very bad that it was mixed with pieces of broiler chicken...it has happen twice now...very disappointing
