I ordered Maharaja Mc burger, Mcspicy burger, and cheesy fries...All were tasty ... Although it tirelessly stretches its arms from good & beyond ..there exists room for excellence.... The quantity of food is good ...Truly worth the money.

I ordered two mcspicy chicken burgers which were missing. Zomato customer care couldn’t contact u for validation and asked me to drop a review here. Kindly refund the amount.

Mc D in Guwahati is operated by a bunch of looters. This was my second order from Mc D and 2nd time as well wrong order was delivered. I ordered chicken Mc Maharaj combo but received two buns and a dry veg Tikki. photos attached. First time I thought maybe due to rush the order came wrong. However the second time it came wrong. When raised the issue with zomato, the restaurant said they provided me correct order and therefore zomato denied me refund asked me to contact the restaurant and raise. the issue with the restaurant and write a review. I called the restaurant they again denied their mistake said to contact zomato as this is not their issue. Thankfully Zomato gave me a promo code of same amount the next time I issued complaint. This pathetic Mc D branch is a blunder machine with worst customer service plus dry unhygienic food preparation with bits of cut veggies stuck to the burgers. Please go to Burger Kind or Burger Singh instead..

i have ordered 3 combo meals , received like wet food conditions bcz the cold drinks was licking from one cup.from that part other food items get non-taste mode... I have demand for refund by zomato but no response yet...
