We were sceptical about this place as there were no reviews at all and it was a gamble but thankfully the gamble paid off. The first thing you would notice would be the ambience and the service which felt right at home. Food is absolutely delicious through and through. They have a variety of cuisines and we were fortunate to try a couple of them and absolutely enjoyed them. We wrapped up our dinner with Warm Chocolate Cake which just hit the spot! I would highly recommend this place…

Food and drinks are exceptionally good. Liquors, although on the menu, are not being served since the restaurant has not received its license. Prices are worth the quality and taste. However, presentation of food can still be worked on. Service is a little slow which must be improved. Staff is polite and well-behaved. Interiors are beautiful. Ambience is amazing. There was live performance going on when I went but it got very loud, so much that I couldn't converse with the other people at the table. Also, upon exiting the restaurant, I got a strong stench of used toilet in the common area which is unacceptable. I think if the restaurant works on these aspects, they'll definitely rise to become one of the most sought after fine dining spots in the city.

We booked a table through Zomato, but upon arrival, the lady at the counter informed us that no seats were available. After we mentioned that we already had a confirmed booking, another staff member checked the system. We questioned how a booking could be confirmed if no table was available, following which they arranged a corner high table for us, which was acceptable. We later came to know that the restaurant has recently opened, so we understand that it may take some time for operations and coordination to improve. We also understand that since it was a weekend, the crowd was naturally higher and managing with limited staff can be difficult. However, the overall service experience still needs significant improvement. There was no proper greeting or welcoming smile upon arrival, and even for placing the order, we had to approach the waiter ourselves. These are basic hospitality standards that customers generally expect while dining out. Please note that this is only my observation regarding the restaurant’s service and management. The food, on the other hand, was excellent — we genuinely loved it. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention in other areas, the overall experience was disappointing, and I don’t think we would dare to visit again. We hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves the customer experience going forward.
