⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited OTT Cafe and had a generally pleasant experience. Reasons: • Ambience: lovely atmosphere ⭐ • Service: well-mannered staff ⭐ • Food: - Paneer Lababdar: exceptional, exceeded expectations ⭐♥️ **Areas for Improvement:** • Mutton Rogan Josh (though their specialty i was surprised ): not tender enough, left some pieces uneaten (1star deducted)❌ • Rice: slightly undercooked though it can be ignored to some (1/2 star deducted)❌ • Secure nets to prevent mosquitoes near food (1/2star deducted)❌ Despite some minor issues, I appreciate the potential of OTT Cafe. Keep up the good work! Your restaurant has the potential to shine in this area. Best wishes!✳️

Ordered hummus with pita bread and wood pizza. Looks can be deceptive. Hummus with pita bread was 3/5. Pizza had corn cooked in olive oil. The taste was awful. Somehow seemed stale. Sundried tomatoes were quite sweet in taste spoiling the pizza. Oregano served is plain and has no taste. Had to remove the toppings from the pizza. Pizza: 1.5/5 lemon soda: 1/5 Wasted money and time there. Ambience is good. The staff is good too. Service is fine. But would you visit if the food is not? I won't again.

It's overrated, over priced. They charge unnecessary extra fees. If you order beverage, they will make 2 separate bills, with extra GST added twice and service charge. It's a complete rip off, the food quality and quantity is average. Not worth it.
