Situated at a gorgeous location, its truly one of India's most beautiful Starbucks. I am too used to just pick and go at other cities/ countries. This one is not too quick to get in and walk out, this is most like a destination given its Situated at Heritage center. Totally understand the nominal entry fee, keeps the crowd filtered. About coffee and food, always love my dark roast pour over, chocolate chip cookie, kathi roll... those are all same great quality I am used to, that definitely was a concern given its at almost one corner of our country. Nitro is not available here but all other stuff is upto the Starbucks standard. The staff is fantastic!! They have great knowledge, they are very well trained! Keep it up guys

I am glad i got the chance to enjoy Starbucks at the 1st outlet of guwahati. Location is lit 🔥 Its The best location because its near to Brahmaputra with open amphitheater & art gallery to enjoy. Quality is top % with best serving people. Although would request not to go on weekend's cz u need to wait in queue for 1 hour or more less It's helll crowdy ... But overall best experience. What we ordered and you would love it for sure are : Tiramisu cake, Blonde Vanilla Lattee & Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shake with 1 shot Espresso. (No regrets😊). .. Best weekend 😎😎

Having visited lots of Starbucks in India, I missed in here is the "Smell'😭. The Aroma of freshly brewed coffee beans, kind of signature to Starbucks, is totally missing.💔 #wonderedWhy Cafe has an amazing view with river front, garden and amphitheatre. The place is decorated amazingly. However coffees are not upto the mark. Ordered Iced macchiato, taste not that much good. Coffee was not freshly made. Ordered the house special caramel frappuccino ordered was also so bad in taste.... I regret that I ordered. I should have better skipped it. There was so much flavour in it. Really pudina in coffee😁😄 I need to say about the truffle cake. Taste okay. Average. 😬😬 Really missed the smell of freshly brewed coffee.🥲🥲

Coffee with an experience! Starbucks is a familiar cafe so I am not writing this review for their coffee or menu. The place this particular Starbucks is locate in is just wow …. This is my most frequented place in Guwahati. It is located inside the DC bunglow compound now converted into a heritage site. I mostly come here at nights for a post dinner coffee. No exaggeration but the place looks so Lït . Imagine sitting with a warm cup of hot chocolate on a cool night and watching a cruise slowly move along the majestic Brahmaputra. Yes the place is very poetic and great place to have a peaceful coffee date too 😄 Caution:- The mosquitoes can be a real vibe killer though . So get the repellent along😂🤣

So this is another outlet of Starbucks in my city and yes i had to visit it. I really love this outlet more as it is situated in a very calming place. I really love the way the staffs helped me out while i was customising one of my drinks. They listened properly and presented the drink just as I wanted. My order was- i) Iced mocha cookie crumble ii) Mocha cookie crumble frappuccino with out espresso iii) Cappuccino iv) Chocolate Croissant (takeaway) v) Blueberry muffin (takeaway) Overall it was a nice experience. I would surely love to visit it again wherever i get a chance ✨

Went on a Sunday (3/3/2022) afternoon for snacks. Ordered a sandwich, blueberry muffin and a lemon loaf along with our drinks. Food was okay as usual except the lemon loaf which tasted like it was a day old. We’re regular customers and we always order the lemon loaf but it did not taste the way it usually does, it was rather underwhelming and disappointing. Did not expect to be served days old food from a reputed outlet like starbucks.

We ordered a chicken sandwich which costed almost Rs500. The sandwich bread was absolutely stale, and the chicken was dry and old. After sometime we realised that instead of preparing the sandwich afresh, which is expected out of premium cafe like starbucks, they, without informing us, gave the sandwich which was on display since last 12 hrs, as was admitted by on of the staff. Although they refunded the amount, it is just unacceptable from a premium cafe like starbucks to behave in such a way!
