Really disappointed with the service we received here today. We were a group of five and had pre-booked through Zomato. While everything seemed fine initially, the staff attitude quickly became rude and unwelcoming. We were repeatedly pressured to order more food and were rushed throughout the evening, despite already placing orders. Even simple questions were answered rudely. The most shocking part was being asked multiple times if we wanted the bill while we were still eating. On top of that, the final bill included an item we never ordered. Thankfully we checked before paying. Definitely not the level of hospitality expected from a place with such a reputation.

Visited this restaurant again because we had a good experience previously, but this time the experience was very disappointing. We were a group of five and had already pre-booked through Zomato. Initially everything was fine, but later the staff became extremely rude and kept rushing us throughout our visit. Since two of our friends had not arrived yet, we first ordered drinks and one starter, but the waiters repeatedly pressured us to “order fast” and order more food, even though we had already placed an order and had barely been there for 20 minutes. The staff was also dismissive while answering simple questions. When I politely asked the price of a mocktail, the waiter rudely replied that it was already written in the menu. Even while we were still eating, they repeatedly came asking if they should bring the bill, which made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed. To make things worse, the final bill included an extra starter that we never ordered. Thankfully, we checked it carefully before paying. We understand restaurants can get busy on weekends, but this kind of behaviour is very unprofessional and not expected from a place with such a good reputation. Really disappointed with the overall customer service this time.

Very disappointing experience today. The staff behaviour throughout our visit was rude and made us feel extremely rushed and unwelcome. Even though we had already ordered food and drinks, the waiters continuously pushed us to order more and kept telling us to order quickly. Simple interactions felt disrespectful, and we were repeatedly asked about the bill while still eating. The worst part was noticing that we had been charged for an extra starter we never ordered. Thankfully we checked the bill properly before paying. Customer service like this is not expected from a restaurant of this standard. Definitely not visiting again!

Visited this place for the second time because I had a decent first experience, but sadly this visit was disappointing. The food took almost an hour, the drinks weren’t great, and the service felt very slow despite the place being quite small. We were also told we’d get an outside table, but it was later given to guests who came after us. Overall, just not the experience I was expecting this time.
