mild volume music would have been great and AC was too chilled to lower temperatures of food and beer was not chilled. food and service was great 👍🏻

Menu is changed. Previous one was better. Many items on the menu was not available. But the service was 7 star. No complaint with the ambiance and service. Thank you

Food was average but the restaurant had cockroaches all over. No basic hygiene. Ambience 10/10 Food 7/10 Basic diet coke and/or zero coke wasn’t available and so was a lot of items in the menu. The most reduction in the stars was due to the unwanted cockroaches

I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Although we arrived a little late, I understood when we were asked to order immediately. However, none of the cocktails I wanted were available, and even the vegetarian dish I ordered wasn't available. I was told I could only order from the North Indian main course, which I accepted. The AC wasn't working, and despite informing the staff, nothing was done. By the time the food arrived, I was drenched in sweat, so we decided to pack the food instead of dining there. To top it off, I had already paid through Zomato, but a staff member insisted the bill was unpaid and I had to explain and show him the payment confirmation. Even after that, there was no apology or even a simple "thank you." I understand that issues can happen, but better service, basic staff training, and common courtesy would have made a big difference.

We have been to this place on a frequent note but everytime the service, food taste , quantity is deteriorating . Today the staff was least bothered to even come to us and take the order . No staff was seen to the nearest eye, very uncomfortable time. Also, as we booked our table via District , there was a difference in portion size compared to normal walk in dine in . Unpleasant service and a stop from our end to this place !!

Extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards here. While we were at our table, we saw a cockroach crawling right across it. Seeing pests in the open dining area raises serious red flags about the cleanliness of the kitchen and how the food is being handled.

They offer discount, but after you eat and done, they’ll slide the bill and say NO DISCOUNT ON DRINKS. Truly pathetic service
