Worst Burger King I have ever visited, they think all the people ordering are fools they will add the stuff you don't even want if you are not careful, they never ask whether you want add ons they directly add them in your meal, they will automatically assume you need King Fries and King Coke without even asking whether you want a small medium or large, they will add large without even asking, also the way they talk to their consumers is very pathetic. I JUST HATE BURGER KING FROM NOW, And after this expirience I am not going to visit any burger king in my life and will advice others to do the same.

Worst place to get a burger from, pathetic service. Got a bug in the whopper, The buns were stale, were breaking down. Had to take a refund. Staff does not know how to talk with customer. They always try to trick customer by selling you combos and saying that individual burgers are not available. You cant order from the counter they talk so badly. Never ever going here again. Please skip this place if you want to end hygienic food.

Order was taking more than an hour and on zomato it was showing as "order is getting packed".Pathetic service , and the restaurant did not pick up my call.Had to cancel my order in the end.Never ordering from here again.Waste of money and time.

I have dined yesterday in db mall gwalior they have taken extra money from me without any bill and they are not picking up the call and blocked my number. They are not answerable they have taken extra money fromme

Extremely bad delivery...this the second time i faced this issue with this stupid restaurant....never going to order from here....why the hell yhey accept orders if they cant fullfill....0 stars from my side

The burger combo I just ordered was not good at all! Anything in the combo was not hot at all, was not even fresh. Never gonna order again...

size of burger very small, no to minimal lettuce, no onion slice very less mayo, and the delivery boy from zomato was also behaving rudely

Rude behaviour, they always forget to deliver ordered item. Unprofessional behaviour. Bad staff. Please look into priority.
