An undoubtedly one of the finest & bestest place to get proven delicious ie #FineDine Located in prime location City Centre Gwalior which is nearby 1.5 Km from railway station & 15-18 km approx from Gwalior Airport. Good parking space & the hotel management is following proper covid protocols always. You get properly checked as per covid guideline & sanitized before entry & your name,number is noted too. Very well decorated & spacious, nice sitting area. Additionally, must say very well trained, kind & polite staff members. They clearly know how to treat a guess with good way of talk & smile. In main restaurent ie #Indish located in the right of main entry, very magnificent & fantastique sitting pattern for 2,4,8 & so on. You get menu through scan the barcode via your phone, in case if you miss to carry phone, They gonna tell you manually in very nice manner. Coffee is highly recommended here. We had some varieties of #Pasta as well, must say a place which is completely #WorthPlauditory to visit no doubt at all. Food was very yummy & endlessly delicious. Varieties of dishes are present. I have often visited the restaurant with friends as well as family and the food is excellent. Even during the pandemic the restaurant took proper precautions and unlike most other eateries in the city, we were ensured our food was safe and well prepared. The service was personalised and the executive chef was very accommodating of our wishes. The restaurant manager Abhishek has always been very hospitable and ensured that we had a wonderful meal. We had ordered a Penne in Pink Sauce and a Quattro Formaggi Pizza both of which were absolutely delicious. While our food took a little longer than usual, we didn't mind it because it was definitely worth the wait. It is the only place in Gwalior that serves a good thin crust pizza. I recommend them for both Indian as well as Continental cuisines. Ambience - 4.5/5 Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5

Neither the taste nor the service was good. Quite disappointed with the overall service. Had to remind staff for basic stuff like serving the bowl for dal, serving on time and finally giving the finger bowl for cleaning.

food was Not up to the mark wasted time and money. My mistake was i neglected reviews. Don't opt for specific valentine's day. Nothing special was there.

Sevice - 1/10 The service is pathetic. The staff is undertrained. They do not even know the menu. They couldn't even bring a sandwich right even after dictating the whole customisation (Create your own Sandwich). The made us wait for like an hour to serve an average main course. Wth! Price 1/10 Overpriced. Way more expensive than what it offers. Food 4/10 Average taste. I have had way better North Indian at other restaurants. Many items were unavailable. How can you not have pizza? Overall 2/10 It's clearly not working out for you guys in Gwalior. Spoiled it for us. Slow. Undertrained. Low Quality. Huge waiting time. Radisson, save your brand!

Their restaurant Indish is pathetic. From food to service, everything is downgraded. We ordered tomato & basil soup and it was served to us with no flavor of basil. Tandoori chaap for starters was equally bad. Never order malai kofta as they will just serve you a gravy of white flour (maida) with maida koftas. No flavor in food, I don’t understand their rating but food quality is not at all maintained. Highly disappointed from a hotel claiming to be 5 star.

Disgusting food. Paneer tasted like it was preserved in vinegar. Non-veg starters were also very bad. Non veg Main course was okay. Starters were cold and only 2 starters were there, even though prices were higher than Barbecue Nation. Had to leave after eating dessert. I have eaten bad food but this is just the worst of all time probably.

This was my worst experience having buffet in this hotel. The food was the pathetic not even a single dish was good. I don’t know how they are serving people with such a bad taste and service. The food is cold the staff doesn’t care. The kabab festival which they are running all the biryani’s were the worst.
