Disappointing Experience at Ivory, Gwalior I recently visited Ivory and was extremely disappointed with the overall service experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was unnecessarily slow. It took a long time for the staff to attend to us, provide menus, and take our order. Even after placing the order, the waiting time for food was excessive. Basic requests such as water, cutlery, and assistance from the staff required repeated reminders. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of attentiveness and coordination among the staff. There was very little communication regarding delays, and it often felt like customer service was not a priority. The staff appeared indifferent to customer concerns and were not proactive in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. A restaurant's atmosphere and food can only go so far when the service is this poor. The slow response at every stage—from seating and ordering to serving and billing—significantly affected our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving staff training, responsiveness, and overall customer service. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
