I had ordered chicken malai tikka as a snack, which was ok though loaded with cream. then, for the main course, I had ordered mutton Rogan josh and butter chicken, and both were extremely disappointing. mutton was cooked in masala gravy, to which restaurant staff justified as gwalior people like this. the butter chicken was extremely sweet with loads of sugar, for which the staff told me sweetness is because of tomato. they told me to customize my order, but I felt knowing the standards that it will be spoilt more. Tandoori roti were good and the service was good. Airtel network is poor inside restaurant so good for couples to talk bit if you have kids wanting mobile then it becomes a problem. overall a poor experience. Not recommended, if you wish to eat good food then definitely don't go to Kwality.

yellow dal tadka was awesome, paneer masala was sweet which we asked them to replace, rice was fine, lacha paratha and butter were also good. overall a pleasant dining experience. everything comes in good portion size.

It’s been the Go-To place in Gwalior for me atleast for the last 20 years. They’ve been consistent with their taste and quality all this while. It’s a no brainer for family dinners / get togethers / or even big gatherings. They’ve always been prompt at their service with a smile. My favourite dish - Chicken Bharta ♥️

The service was prompt and food was readily served hot. Staff is very courteous. However spice and oil level in food was really hot. Also the menu is almost 2 decades old traditional menu. Definitely there is space for some improvisation. Also this restaurant has 2 addresses in Google maps. please choose the city center one. requested the owners to get the old addresses removed to prevent inconvenience to tourists.

One of the best rated places on Zomato and it wasn't disappointing. Love ambiance and yummy food made the slightly pricey for gwalior standards place worth the visit. Try out their Kadhai Paneer and Kaju Curry, and lachcha parantha - you will love it. Super recommended and a must visit whenever in Gwalior

The taste of every single dish was mind blowing. The richness in every bite was quite evident. We ordered Mixed Veg, Paneer Butter Masala, Naan, Chicken butter masala and Pulao and all the choices were just right. I am really impressed by the quality of food and service and by the professionalism of the staffs. I would love to visit again. Well done, team Kwality Restaurant.

Kwality Restaurent is located just opposite to Landmark Nx, nearby S.P Office City Centre. It's probably one of the top rated restaurant in Gwalior city where the toughest task for visitors is to get a table specially in evening, weekday/waiting & on weekend/fully pack. Good sitting area, multiple option to sit as per group size. Though the restaurant is running on 3 floors & still it remains pack simply indicates the quality of food is truly as per expectations. Magnificent ambience, Good service & very nice staff & mngr keeps his eye active thoroughly to prevent any delay in service. Luckily got table in every visit & Had fantastique fine dine. Kwality justifies it's name serving excellent North Indian food. The place has a huge fan following among the people of Gwalior. I happened to order their chicken curry along with tandoori roti. The Chicken Curry was freshly prepared and the chicken was tender. The gravy had classic flavor much like the home style chicken curry. Their tandoori roti needs special attention. The roti was crispy from outside but at the same time it was soft. MP is known for the best quality wheat and one can see that at play at Kwality. Do visit this place whenever you are in Gwalior.
