This was my second visit with my parents FOOD:- 1) #Dal_Fry have no match one of the best thing I like there. 2) #Rajwada_paneer when served the aroma make me feel little more hunger then before. 3:) NAAN is quite tasty😋 SERVICE:. 5/5 AMBIENCE:- 5/5 VALUE FOR MONEY 4/5 Will visit anytime soon.

Visited the place during Kebab & Sizzler Festival. Amazing food, Selfless Service & Courteous Staff. Special shoutout to Mr. Shubham, server for the evening & Chef Abhinay for his personal attention. An evening amazingly well spent!

Tried breakfast today at clarks inn in gwalior. Food varieties are enough to select and looks good. Aaloo mutter bhazi was excellent in taste, sambhar needs major improvement. Looks of sambhar also not impressive. Fresh fruit juice is good. Taste of almost all things are mouthwatering. Must try this place.

Good ambienc, very convenient location, good venues for parties and the staff and management are very accommodating. Food is above average and service time is good. Overall good experiences with them.

Restaurant is nice and ambience is also good. They have nice buffet and nice desserts and platter as well. This is in Gwalior madhya pradesh. Good to visit.

Don't visit on weekend when there is a wedding season, on such time they have limited staff who unable to cater even 50 guest in restaurant. You will get your order served after 45 min. So please order your 2nd round of breads in advance. No apologies for that kind of service until you complaint. They should have inform you when you are booking your table that we might have limited staff so service will be delayed by xyz minutes just like Radisson hotel does everytime you book a table. I complaint after my dinner is done, as a token of apology they gave 15% discount on my bill. But that is something you can't get everytime. So please upgrade your service

Paneer’s gravy was really bad, made us bloated and acidic. dal was Average. The food didn’t seem fresh, It seemed staleNot expected from a restaurant like this

The staff seems to be confused if they want to accept walk-ins or no. When I called to book a table for a simple family dinner by the pool, they first asked me for 500rs per person additional charge, then put me on hold and later refused to entirely accept my booking saying there’s a private event. The reception guy said there’s no private event. Not sure why such an attitude, but I think the least they can do is get their story straight and avoid excuses. Zero stars for extremely poor services,

Well I would say, clarks inn (The Bridge) has the worst service compared to other premium restaurants in gwalior. You expect premium service from a premium restaurant but that's not the case here. No welcome gesture, no one to attend or provide a table that too when the crowd is less. Delayed food, delayed table cleaning, delayed serving of water. I am surprised why the call them 3-4 star 😅
