I am neither a critic nor a reviewer! I am highly disappointed with the service of Virasat-e-Punjab Gwalior (city centre Outlet) and would never recommend to anyone. The hospitality is at zero, the staff and management is extremely impolite and immoral. They are not at all customer centric as I specially requested food without coriander since I am allergic to it but the entire meal was served with coriander. Not just this the staff was not at all apologetic or had courtesy to ammend the order served instead were arguing in return. Thankfully the restaurant doesn’t serve non-veg or else you could definitely expect surprises in your meal as they have truly mastered in ignoring instructions.

Overpriced low quality with no hospitality restaurant. We ordered Butter Paneer Masala but it was like a desert..very very sweet and after we told them they were saying that this is correct you should have ordered a different one.. pathetic behaviour from there manager , worst experience

Pathetic food and quality of products. Not at all recommendable. Highly disappointed . Don't go on the presentation of food. Pathetic taste and pathetic quality of products they are using. You will fall sick if you will eat from here.

This is one of the worst places of Gwalior to dine in. The staff is absolutely slow and non co-operative. They overcharge for everything and do not provide even a decent service.

Really rude behavior by Mr Sohan Rajak, who is in charge of the restaurant. He did not let my new born (8 months old1) have food inside the restaurant.

One of the worst food i have ever had. Who add cashew with noodles and dahi kabab was really pathetic. Highly not recommend 🙏🏻

Mr Sohan Rajak misbehaved with me and with my kitty members as well. Don't vist the restaurant until Mr Sohan Rajak is there.

Very poor experience. Absolutely slow service. Staffs won't co-operate even a bit. Consume too much time to serve.

Someone called Mr Rajak at the reception has a bad behaviour. Please be careful as he misbehaves with customers.
