Visited xero degrees for dinner and absolutely loved it. The ambience is warm and cosy the staff is friendly and the food is worth every bite surely one of the best in gwalior

I visited Xero Degree in Gwalior recently, and while the food was decent, the overall experience was terrible. They flat-out refused to accept payment via Zomato, and the staff’s behavior was shockingly rude. Even after knowing I had a train to catch, they purposely delayed my takeaway, leaving me with neither my food nor a cancellation. Decent food can’t make up for the staff this unprofessional. If you’re looking for basic respect along with your meal, this place is not worth your time.
